Do you hire part-time or full-time?
We hire both. The majority of our employees are part-time, working between 20-30
hours per week.
What is the application process like?
It should take 25 minutes to complete and you should hear back from us within five
business days.
How will I get trained on the client program if I am working from home?
Most programs allow for online, e-learning in which you will be trained from your
home office. Each client program is different, however as you know in today’s e-learning
environment, there are many helpful tools to make it as effective as a classroom
based training. There are some client programs that require live collaboration,
in which we may employ a regional classroom so the agents can be trained initially
in a classroom.
How long does training last? Do I get paid during training?
The length of training depends on the client that you are providing customer support.
Typical trainings last from one to three weeks. You will be paid an hourly rate
during the entire training.
What does the position pay?
This varies by program. Most programs pay approximately $9.50 per hour.
Are there career advancement opportunities in a “work from home” (WFH) environment?
Yes, many of our most successful agents will benefit from promotion opportunities
to become a coach, supervisor, account manager or quality assurance specialist.
